Ways to Receive Care
There's more than one way to receive care through Davida. We serve Private Pay clients, work with Long-Term Care Insurance, and participate in several Indiana Medicaid Waiver programs. Whether you're arranging care independently, using insurance benefits, or receiving services through a Medicaid Waiver, our team can help you understand your options and get started.
Private Pay Home Care
Private Pay allows individuals and families to arrange home care directly with us based on their needs and preferred schedule. Whether you need occasional assistance or ongoing support, we'll work with you to create a care plan that fits your situation.
Long-Term Care Insurance
If you have a Long-Term Care Insurance policy, your benefits may help cover eligible in-home care services. Davida works with clients using Long-Term Care Insurance and can assist with the documentation needed to help you utilize your eligible benefits.
Indiana Medicaid Waiver Services
Davida is a provider of home and community-based services through Indiana Medicaid Waiver programs. These programs are designed to help eligible individuals receive needed care and support while continuing to live at home or in a community setting. Not sure where to begin? Structured Family Caregiving (SFC)
Structured Family Care is powered by the Indiana Medicaid Waiver program. It allows eligible individuals to receive daily care and support in their home from a qualified live-in caregiver, which may include a family member. Davida provides ongoing support and oversight while helping families understand the SFC program.
SFC Daily Pay Rates
Level 1 — $58.16 per day
Level 2 — $74.78 per day
Level 3 — $100.08 per day
Pay level is based on the individual's assessed level of care.
Attendant Care
Services
Attendant Care provides hands-on assistance with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing,
grooming, mobility, and other personal care needs, helping individuals remain safely and
independently in their homes.
Home and Community Assistance
Home and Community Assistance provides support with everyday household & community-
based activities that help individuals maintain independence and continue living in their own homes & communities.
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Waiver
Davida supports individuals enrolled in Indiana's TBI Waiver by providing approved home and community-based services designed to promote independence & help individuals remain in a community setting.
Money Follows the Person (MFP)
Money Follows the Person helps eligible individuals transition from nursing facilities and other
institutional settings back into the community. Davida can provide approved in-home services
& support as part of that transition.
